Ha Long Bay

We were picked up from our hotel and taken to Ha Long Bay. Our guide was Lua (Jacy). After arriving in Vietnam, she was very kind, sending us numerous emails to confirm the tour and pickup time. The emails were in English, but they were easy to understand, and using a translator would have been fine. However, there was a street where large buses couldn't go, so she parked nearby and came to pick us up. She called us at that time, so I think it would be convenient to have an eSIM with a phone number or a number you can call a friend. There was a difference of about 500 yen between a shuttle bus and a limousine bus, but I definitely recommend the limousine bus! The seats were spacious and comfortable, and the journey was not a problem at all; we arrived at Ha Long Bay in no time. The lunch buffet was delicious, and they provided towels for those who did canoeing or swimming. It was the most comfortable Vietnam tour I've taken recently. The Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong River tours were a bit tough though (lol). Our guide, Lua, was very attentive and considerate, so we had a pleasant day. I'll definitely request Lua as our guide for this tour with Cozy again when I go with another friend. I highly recommend this tour to everyone! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

For the mount I paid, we got so many activities and four meals. The most important thing is that the amazing views we saw. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The bus was spacious and comfortable, and our tour guide, Minh, was wonderful – bright and cheerful! We had a hearty lunch on the cruise, and I was deeply moved when we switched to a rowboat and went through the Sungsot Cave. The people from various countries who joined us were also lovely! At Titop Island, there were people swimming and playing beach volleyball, and I picked up seashells on the beach. I walked to the top of the cliff stairs and felt a great sense of accomplishment! On the return bus, they turned off the lights, and I was able to sleep well. It was an irreplaceable experience that I will never forget. I've come to love traveling. Thank you very much.

The vehicle number and driver's arrival time were provided in advance for the outbound trip, but not for the return trip. We hope that the return trip will also be provided in advance.
