  • You can choose to join the morning tour (08:00 – 12:00, lunch will be served after the tour) or the afternoon tour (12:30 – 16:30, lunch will be served before the tour) or the Sunset & Night Tour: 17:00- 21:00 (Dinner included at the end). Please indicate your preferred departure time in the order notes after placing your order.
  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
  • We offer pick-up and drop-off service from hotels in downtown Hanoi. Please specify your hotel name and location when placing your order.
  • Reservations must be made at least seven working days in advance and no last-minute reservations are allowed. Once the group is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • The minimum number of participants is 2. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent one day before departure.
