- Includes a snorkeling guide to see Ishigaki's abundant coral and fish! You can also land on the Phantom Island (Hamajima). Please feel free to consult us if there are other places you would like to visit!! Free GoPro photo data gift!! *Destinations may be limited due to weather conditions. If you have a license, up to 3 people can ride one jet ski. If you do not have a license, a guide will drive and up to 2 people can ride. For groups of 3 without a license, we will use two jet skis with guides driving; the cost is 44,000 yen for one jet ski (insurance fee of 1,000 yen separate) plus an additional 11,000 yen for the extra person (insurance fee of 1,000 yen separate).

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- When weather conditions meet the criteria for cancellation in the safety management regulations. Or when the captain determines that safe operation is not possible for any other reason.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- If you are late, you may not be able to participate. Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian.
Other special notes:
- For Chinese and Korean, we will use a translation machine.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
