Ticket Redemption & Usage Instructions
Please redeem your ticket with your valid personal identification. Redemption address: Zhonggu Mountain Cable Car Ticket Office, next to Wanshi Botanical Garden, No. 25-110 Huyuan Road, Siming District, Xiamen. Please ensure you redeem and board according to the scheduled time of your purchase. Every visitor must carry their own valid identification; failure to enter the park due to expiration will be at your own risk.
Notes
The entire journey takes about 40 minutes. The cable car has a weight limit of 170.4kg. One ticket per person; if two people exceed the weight limit, they must share a car or charter a car.
Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Seniors aged 70 and above, pregnant women, those who are unwell, have limited mobility, high blood pressure, heart disease, mental illness, or are intoxicated are not permitted to ride.
It is strictly forbidden to bring pets, flammable, explosive, fragile, or pungent items into the car. Standing, shaking the car, littering, or smoking inside the cable car is prohibited.
The route passes through an original secondary forest; please remain calm if you encounter flying insects or wild bees. In case of bad weather or mechanical breakdown, do not panic; follow the staff's instructions and do not open the door or get off by yourself.
