On the first day, you will have free time after arriving at Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Please pack your luggage as compactly as possible. Please use coin lockers when sightseeing. We cannot store your luggage.
We are taking measures such as adjusting traffic lights around the venue to alleviate congestion, but it may still take 2-3 hours for buses to exit. We expect to arrive at your accommodation around 12:30 AM.
It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the group bus parking lot to the viewing area for the fireworks display.
Please make sure to stay well-hydrated to prevent heatstroke. Please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages as much as possible.
The fireworks display will be held even in the event of rain, and the tour will proceed as planned. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund any fees for viewing seats, etc.
A bus guide will not be accompanying you. Therefore, there will be no commentary on the scenery outside the window, and no tea or other services will be provided on board.

Lunch will be Japanese soba noodles. Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies. As the accommodation is a soba restaurant, we ask that those with soba allergies, especially those who may experience symptoms even from airborne soba flour, refrain from participating.
Our tour guides will provide explanations in Japanese using a multilingual simultaneous interpretation system. This system supports various languages from around the world, including English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and Korean. (Please bring your smartphone; no app installation is required.)
