[Refund and Cancellation Policy]
Once the order is confirmed, if the tourist cancels the order for their own reasons, a full refund or change is available if the cancellation is made before 12:00 noon one day in advance; if the cancellation is made between 12:00 noon and 24:00 one day in advance, 40% of the total order fee will be charged as compensation; if the cancellation is made on the same day, 100% of the total tour fee will be charged and no refund will be given.
