The single ticket for "Egyptian Mummies - The Legend of Immortality" must be used to complete the visit during the exhibition period (June 18, 2026 - September 28, 2026). No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the exhibition ends. Please be aware of this.
This ticket is valid for single entry only and cannot be reused. E-tickets are invalid after verification and are non-refundable.
This ticket is a bearer security and may not be resold without the permission of the organizer. Violators will be dealt with according to law.
Tickets that are lost, damaged, cancelled, punched, altered, defaced, photocopied, or have their admission slips torn off and are otherwise unidentifiable are considered invalid and will not be reissued, refunded, or exchanged. Please keep your tickets safe.
Online tickets do not need to be exchanged for paper tickets. Please present your electronic voucher (QR code) to the on-site staff for verification upon entry.
Children under 6 years old can enter for free, but must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (the adult must present relevant identification, and age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of entry).
Those eligible for discounted tickets, special offer tickets, or free admission should present relevant supporting documents; multiple offers cannot be used simultaneously.
If a person with a disability needs to be accompanied, only one person may be allowed to accompany them. The person with a disability and their accompanying person must attend together. If they do not meet the requirements, they will need to purchase a ticket to enter.
For those who purchase a combined ticket for both exhibitions, the VR experience of "The Vanishing Pharaoh" is limited to those aged 8 and above and 110 cm tall. Children under 12 years old, pregnant women over 6 months, seniors over 70 years old, and people with disabilities must be accompanied by someone who has purchased a ticket.
For those who purchase a combined ticket for both exhibitions, the VR experience of "The Vanishing Pharaoh" requires arrival and check-in 15 minutes before the scheduled session. If you arrive late, your ticket will be invalid and cannot be refunded or exchanged (for example, for the 10:30 session, please arrive and check-in between 10:15 and 10:29).
If you wish to request a refund, please submit your refund request before the end of the exhibition (September 28, 2026). Refunds will not be processed after the exhibition ends.
Other ticketing regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket shall be handled in accordance with the matters that should and should not be recorded in the standardized contract for arts and cultural exhibition tickets issued by the Ministry of Culture.
