- No refunds will be given for snorkeling or canoeing purchases cancelled on the same day due to personal reasons (not participating in water activities).
- Please note the refund or cancellation policy when ordering from KKDAY (no refunds for price differences).
- If you can't ride a motorcycle, you can take a tour bus instead, which will cost an extra NTD 150 and take about 1.5 hours to circle the island.
- Passengers without a driver's license who are riding a motorcycle or who cannot ride a motorcycle will be required to take a vehicle if discovered by the car rental company on the day of travel. The on-site fee is NTD 250 per person. Please be sure to confirm your travel arrangements in advance.
- Free (random photo) service is available for snorkeling or canoeing; please forgive us if the photos are not beautiful.
- Activity Itinerary: First, snorkeling (canoeing) or island hopping. On the same day, you will arrive in Qimei, and the staff will inform you of the itinerary.
- Lunch: Please arrange your own (not included)
- Discovering the booking date was incorrect on the day of departure / needing to change to the next day / additional charges apply for boat fare insurance of NTD 100 per person / snorkeling insurance of NTD 250 per person.
