Taiwanese travelers, please provide your full Chinese name and ID number to facilitate insurance processing.

Wheelchairs are generally allowed on board. However, it is not recommended for passengers who are completely unable to walk to go to the island, as the environment at Guishan Island pier is relatively dangerous and the island itself is not accessible.

The itinerary may be affected by weather and sea conditions on the day, so the itinerary or ship schedule may be subject to change. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made one day prior to departure (at 20:00 local time) regarding whether the tour will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email thereafter.

Due to limited availability of spots for visiting Guishan Island, registration is only open 20 days prior to departure. Successful booking is not guaranteed. Please be aware of this policy.

The prices do not include cleaning and maintenance fees payable upon arrival at the island. These fees will be paid separately on-site (Adults: NT$100/person, Children (3 years and older but under 12 years old): NT$50/person).

[If your purchased itinerary includes island landing]: If you are unable to land on the island due to natural phenomena such as wind and waves reaching level 6 or above, poor sea conditions, typhoons, or boats being unable to dock due to equipment problems on the island, you can arrange another date for landing or receive a full refund.

[If your purchased itinerary includes whale watching]: Due to varying sea conditions and weather conditions each day, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to see whales and dolphins, and you will not be able to request a refund on this basis. Please be aware of this.
