Cancellation fee before tour commencement:
Once the booking is confirmed, if the contract is cancelled due to the traveler's personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged from the day before the departure date, calculated as follows:

Notification Method: Any changes or cancellations to the booking must be notified to the travel agency in writing (including the date and details). Notifications made by phone or verbally will not be considered valid. In the event of domestic or international holidays, to comply with the cruise company's operational regulations (calculated by calendar), please be sure to notify the travel agency on the last working day before the holiday.
Article 3 Cabin Login List and Boarding Conditions
• List registration:
a. Please provide a correct passenger list (including passport names in English alphabetical order, gender, ID card number, nationality, passport number and validity period, and cabin allocation details) 60 days prior to departure. Passports must be valid for at least 181 days from the date of disembarkation.
b. Change fee: Once the booking is confirmed, a change fee of NT$3,000 per person will be charged if the passenger list or cabin allocation is to be changed.
c. Refusal Period for Changes: No changes to name or cabin assignment will be accepted within 30 days prior to departure.
• Dual citizenship: The name registered must exactly match the passport used for boarding. Please obtain the required visa yourself.
• Boarding Restrictions: According to cruise line regulations, infants under 6 months of age and pregnant women who are 24 weeks or older during the voyage are prohibited from boarding. Individuals under the age of 18 may not register alone, and each cabin must have at least one passenger aged 21 or older.
• Medical certificate: Pregnant women who are less than 24 weeks pregnant must present a "certificate of airworthiness" issued by a doctor.
• Liability: The travel agency and cruise company will not be held responsible if the correct information is not provided within the specified period, resulting in the inability to board the ship.
Article 4 Responsibilities
• Travel Documents: Our company does not accept original passports. Travelers are responsible for verifying the validity of their own and their companions' passports and may not use the excuse of not having signed the agreement or being unaware of the validity period to shirk responsibility.
• Entry Denial: Travelers must comply with the laws of each country and hold a valid visa. The travel agency is not liable for compensation if entry or boarding is denied due to personal reasons. Related expenses (transportation, accommodation, etc.) are the responsibility of the traveler.
• Force Majeure Changes: Cruise lines may change itineraries, arrival and departure times, and ports of call without prior notice due to safety concerns, government orders, or force majeure events. In such cases, neither the travel agency nor the cruise line will be liable for refunds or compensation. Passengers who cancel their trip due to these circumstances will still be required to pay the full amount.
Article 5 Other Precautions
• Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase travel accident insurance that covers “sudden illness overseas, cruise cancellation, and flight delays”.
• Health Declaration: Individuals with chronic illnesses (such as diabetes) or who require regular medication or injections should inform us at the time of booking. Please bring your doctor's prescription (English version recommended) and diagnosis certificate if necessary.
• Assistance: Passengers with mobility impairments who require special care must be accompanied by a passenger with the ability to provide full care when boarding the ship.
Article 6 Other Agreed Matters
• All advertisements, brochures, and informational materials related to this trip are considered part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Captain's Authority: Due to force majeure or safety considerations, the captain has final command authority and the right to make changes to the voyage. Losses incurred by passengers due to itinerary changes (such as airfare, shore excursions, etc.) are not covered by the travel agency and cruise company.
• Disembarkation midway: Passengers who disembark midway or fail to complete the voyage for personal reasons are not entitled to a refund.
• Personal Data: Passengers agree that the travel agency may collect, process, use, and provide their personal data to the cruise company in accordance with the law for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
Please read carefully before purchasing. Upon successful transaction, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
After you place an order, the Japanese supplier will make a reservation and notify you by message once it is completed.
If the price fluctuates significantly during the booking period due to changes in the cruise line's official website, the booking process will be stopped and a full refund will be issued.
Princess Cruises: Please check in online at the cruise line's website or download the app to generate your Cruise Ticket.
After completing online check-in, passengers can notify KKday to assist in providing a formal cruise ticket via message or email before the departure date. Please pay attention to system messages.
During the period from ordering to sending the Cruise Ticket, the order status will show "Processing"; the order status will only change to "Processed" after the Cruise Ticket is sent.
Passengers must provide (1) complete passport information and (2) a rooming list at least 60 days prior to departure, subject to the cruise line's regulations if necessary. Passports must also be valid for at least 181 days (based on the disembarkation date).
Please make sure you have all necessary entry documents for each port of call (e.g., Schengen visa, Turkish visa, and re-entry visa to Taiwan).
Pregnant women must present a doctor's certificate indicating that they are fit for cruise travel; women who are 24 weeks pregnant or older or whose infants are under 6 months old are not allowed to board the ship.
Passengers with disabilities must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied by a fellow passenger who can provide assistance during the journey. Please inform us if you need any help.
If you have diabetes, chronic diseases, or other special illnesses that require regular medication or injections, please inform us before registering. If necessary, you will need to provide a doctor's certificate of airworthiness.
Those with special status such as conscripts, military personnel, police officers, and contract military and police personnel should comply with relevant laws and regulations and apply or register at the township/district office or personnel unit.
If you need to bring wheelchairs, bicycles, etc., you need to apply for and obtain approval from the shipping company in advance, and present the original for verification when boarding.
Those who need to bring special/controlled medications should prepare a doctor's prescription or supporting document for inspection.
Please arrive at the designated location 120 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
If the above precautions are not met and boarding is not possible, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the contract cancellation provisions.
The above precautions are for reference only; please refer to the latest announcements from the shipping company.
