Take the Joetsu Shinkansen bound for Niigata, Echigo Yuzawa, or Gala Yuzawa.
If the reserved seats on the Shinkansen are full, you may be seated in an unreserved seat.
Shinkansen tickets cannot be cancelled after they have been issued, so please purchase your ticket on the day of departure. Please make sure to leave with plenty of time to spare.
Skiing is a dangerous sport, so we recommend that you take out travel insurance and accident insurance before you depart on your trip to cover any possible injuries.
During business hours, there may be sudden shortening of business hours or suspension of snow escalators due to snow accumulation or weather, but no refunds will be given in such cases.
If the JR Shinkansen trains are suspended or the ski resorts are closed due to weather, we will refund the full amount of your trip. Please be sure to cancel your reservation through KKday before purchasing your JR Shinkansen ticket.
Please note that some ski resorts may require a deposit when exchanging your ticket. This deposit will be refunded when you return your IC card.
