・Children aged 4 and above can participate.
・If the number of participants is less than 4, the tour may not be conducted. We will contact you 3 days before the tour date to let you know whether the tour will be conducted or not.
Other: Access to the Laomei Green Stone Pool is restricted for nature conservation purposes. Viewing and photography can only be done from designated viewing areas.
・By 7:10 PM, the stores in Shifen Old Street may already be closed. You will not be able to stroll around or shop, but the focus will be on the night lantern experience.
- If traffic congestion causes travel time to and from the destination, your time at the tourist spot will be shortened.
・During the following peak periods, traffic restrictions will be put into place at some tourist destinations, so heavy congestion is expected.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
