Please confirm the meeting time and location before departure. Arrive at the meeting point before the designated departure time and proactively seek out the LION guide to check in. The bus will depart on time, so please do not be late. If you are unable to join the tour due to lateness or other personal reasons, it will be considered as a voluntary abandonment of the booked itinerary, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

As this is during the peak season for the opening of Mount Kurobe, we will try our best to stay true to the original itinerary in terms of transportation, accommodation, and tourist attractions. However, due to factors such as traffic flow, crowds, reservations for mountain entry, and hotel confirmations, there may be changes to the itinerary or adjustments to the order of tourist attractions or accommodations. The final arrangements will be based on the actual situation. We appreciate your understanding.

Bus seats are one person per seat. Depending on the number of registrations on the day, you may be assigned a seat of the opposite sex next to you. Seats cannot be specified and are subject to on-site arrangement. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the event of accidents, traffic congestion, weather, or other factors, the bus arrival time may be significantly delayed. Please carefully assess your travel arrangements before and after departure before making a reservation. We regret that we cannot provide compensation for any losses incurred due to bus delays affecting your self-arranged transportation or other facilities.

If the bus malfunctions or traffic jams and causes delays to the itinerary, and it is necessary to change or cancel the itinerary or activities, passengers shall not object or withdraw on this basis. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to factors such as severe weather, strikes or unexpected accidents, passengers shall not demand compensation or a refund of the tour fee on this basis.

If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued. However, if a traveler fails to arrive on the day of the tour, leaves the group midway, or voluntarily abandons the tour due to personal reasons, no refund or compensation will be provided.

If the trip is cancelled or terminated due to special circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, war, coups, strikes, riots, or government orders that are not attributable to the travel agency, a full refund of the tour fee will be issued. After departure, the refund will be issued after deducting the costs already incurred. Under these circumstances, tour members may not object or demand compensation. Travelers shall be responsible for any losses or additional costs incurred as a result of the incident.

During the trip, please be sure to follow the instructions and precautions announced by the tour guide and on-site staff in various places such as tourist areas, restaurants, hotels, and amusement facilities. Your assistance and cooperation are appreciated.

Please take good care of your personal belongings, documents, etc. during the tour. Our company, driver, and tour guide will not be held responsible for any loss of money or items due to theft under any circumstances or in any location.

Each adult may bring a maximum of one suitcase. Each passenger may also bring one suitcase. The maximum size of luggage that can be stored in the bus suitcase is 120 cm in total length on three sides. If customers have special-sized luggage (such as golf clubs/strollers/skis/surfboards/wheelchairs/non-suitcase luggage, etc.), please indicate the type, quantity and size of the items in the remarks when making the reservation. The bus company reserves the right to determine whether the luggage can be carried.

This is a group tour. Therefore, to ensure the safety and well-being of all travelers, if you wish to leave the group during the trip for personal reasons, please inform us in the remarks section when booking or contact LION customer service. On the day of the tour, you must submit a leave-of-group agreement to the tour leader before leaving the group. Any unfinished portion of the itinerary will be considered an automatic waiver, and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

The bus and restaurant seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other members of the tour group, depending on the arrangements made by the tour leader and facilities on the day.

Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Travelers aged 80 and above must be accompanied by a family member or friend. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the event of force majeure (such as weather, traffic conditions, road closures, etc.), for the sake of travel safety and the smooth running of the itinerary, our company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, the full tour fee will be refunded.

To ensure the safety of travelers and protect the rights of other group members, please inform us of any chronic illnesses or mobility issues when registering.

At Japanese hot spring hotels, those with tattoos (including tattoo stickers, body art, etc.), those who are intoxicated, or those suffering from skin diseases or other infectious diseases are not allowed to use the bathing facilities. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.

This tour involves a significant amount of travel. Please assess your own physical condition and wear comfortable clothing and footwear. All attractions require walking; therefore, travelers with mobility issues, chronic illnesses, or general discomfort should carefully assess their condition before registering.

The opening hours of Kamikochi are subject to official announcements. If Kamikochi is closed outside of designated opening hours, or temporarily closed due to weather conditions or official announcements, resulting in the inability to visit Kamikochi, the itinerary will be flexibly adjusted. The itinerary will be evaluated based on factors such as weather, traffic conditions, and hotel availability, and alternatively, a visit to Norikura Kogen or Hida Takayama Old Town may be arranged. Please understand that the actual itinerary is subject to change based on the conditions on the day.

Without altering the itinerary details, the actual itinerary will be subject to final confirmation from the hotel and may be flexibly adjusted based on local traffic conditions and operational arrangements to ensure a smooth trip and high-quality travel experience. Please refer to the pre-departure briefing or final itinerary confirmation for the final details.

This is a pre-purchase tour; confirmation of booking success is subject to actual notification. Our company will allocate seats and rooms according to the order of order placement. If there are insufficient spots officially allocated by the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour or adjust the departure date. We apologize for any inconvenience. If fellow travelers place separate orders, please be sure to fill in the order number of each traveler in the order remarks section. If this is not noted in advance, and you are assigned to a different tour group on the day, we regret that we cannot arrange for you to be placed in the same tour on the day of the tour.

For guests departing in April, May, June, September, October, or November, please note that today's itinerary includes a 2-hour stop at a high altitude of approximately 3000 meters. Please be sure to bring warm clothing, gloves, scarves, etc.
