Purchase Notice
1. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure and complete the boarding declaration form to board the cruise.
2. Please bring a valid ID to complete the boarding declaration form.
3. A digital image of your ID on your mobile device is also acceptable.
4. For minors and children, please bring a document for identity verification, such as a resident registration certificate or health insurance card.
5. Foreign visitors must bring their passport or a copy of their passport.
6. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on board. However, as there are stairs inside the vessel, moving between decks may be inconvenient.
7. Cruises may be canceled if safe operation is not possible due to severe weather, Han River water levels, the discharge volume from Paldang Dam, vessel-related issues, or an insufficient number of passengers to meet the minimum departure requirement. In such cases, advance notice will be provided, and passengers may request a refund or reschedule their booking.
8. Infants under 36 months may board free of charge. Proof of age is required.
9. Bringing outside food and beverages on board is restricted. Please use the onboard snack bar.
10. The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain show operates only from April through October. However, it may not operate depending on weather conditions or decisions made by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Some cruise routes may also change without prior notice due to Han River water level management.
