What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Meet and check in at Kenjiro Fishing Port before arrival.
- Changing clothes. Diving instruction (diving hand signals/precautions). Diving equipment instruction/trial. Guided tour.
- Let's set off by boat! The boat ride is about 10 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful sea view as we head towards the Blue Cave!
- Explore the mysterious "Blue Cave" for snorkeling and take unforgettable photos under the most beautiful blue light!
- Enjoy feeding the fish after you leave! ♪
- Enjoy being surrounded by colorful little fish up close!
- After the event, we returned to port, showered, changed, and dispersed.

This activity is limited to registrations of 2 or more people.
Participation restrictions:
Individuals aged 12 to 49 years old, in good health with no special medical conditions, and who are not pregnant, and whose BMI is below 29.99.
Participants aged 49 and above are not eligible to register and will not be able to participate in the event for safety reasons.
Individuals with a BMI of 30 or higher (including 30) are ineligible to register and participate in the activity for safety reasons. (Please use the BMI check tool first.)
Individuals with a history of or current cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, pregnancy, ear, nose, or throat conditions, epilepsy, hangovers, or other medical conditions, or those regularly taking medications, are not permitted to participate in diving activities. Please read the introductory diving registration form for more details on medical conditions. Anyone with any of the medical conditions listed on the registration form is ineligible to participate in the activity.
For safety reasons, please refrain from drinking alcohol on the day of the event, excessive drinking the day before, or being hungover.
For safety reasons, participants are prohibited from taking a return flight on the same day after participating in a diving activity.
Please note that if you only inform us of any of the above conditions/illnesses or safety concerns on the day of the event, you will not be able to participate in the event and will not be eligible for a refund.

Reminders
Due to the need to coordinate with the ship's departure time, if you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the activity.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your last appointment, the event will be considered cancelled due to personal reasons, or you may be rescheduled to another available session or another day, depending on the venue's arrangements.
- Cancellation Fee Policy:
Cancellation from 3 days prior to the event to the day of the event: 100% fee will be charged. (No refund)
Cancellation 3 days before the start of the event: 100% refund will be issued.
Please submit your submission before 5 PM. *Submissions after 5 PM (5 PM Japan time, after the workday ends) will be considered as being submitted the following day.
If the plane is unable to take off due to a typhoon or natural disaster, or if the store determines that the sea conditions are unfavorable and requests to cancel the activity, a full refund will be issued.
Please note that if a guest cancels due to personal reasons, such as being late or feeling unwell/no show, a charge will be applied.
If sea conditions are unfavorable and prevent access to the Blue Cave, we will arrange for a dive site with good swimming conditions for safety reasons.
For safety reasons, we may decide to cancel the event due to sudden deterioration of weather/sea conditions. Please contact us using instant messaging software (Line or WhatsApp) beforehand.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
