- Itinerary -
- First stop: Kokeizan Eiho-ji Temple. Founded by National Master Muso Soseki during the Kamakura period, Eiho-ji Temple features a 700-year-old ginkgo tree and stunning red maples. The autumn leaves at Eiho-ji Temple have been selected as one of the 33 best autumn foliage spots in Hida-Mino. In autumn, the red leaves in the garden complement the large ginkgo tree in front of the main hall, painting the autumn blue sky with vibrant colors.
- Second stop: Obara Shikizakura Park. Unlike the common Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms, Obara Shikizakura blooms in spring but reaches its peak in autumn. The Obara area is planted with over 10,000 Shikizakura trees. Combined with the autumn foliage, this creates a unique landscape where you can enjoy both red maples and cherry blossoms at the same time.
- Third stop: Korankei. Korankei is the premier autumn foliage spot in Japan's Tokai region, featuring over 4,000 maple trees of 11 different varieties along the banks of the Tomoe River. The beautiful stream paired with the fiery red leaves creates a picturesque autumn scroll, making it a must-visit destination for Japanese locals.

- When placing your order, please specify your pick-up and drop-off addresses and departure time in the order details.
- Please leave your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when placing your order so that our customer service staff can contact you promptly.
- Driver information and license plate number will be provided between 18:00 the day before the event and 2 hours before the event time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/Wechat).
- When booking an urgent order, please ensure your contact information is accessible so that we can promptly confirm your transportation needs and arrange a vehicle.
- Additional fees such as overtime fees and over-mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
Reminders
The car service is available for 10 hours between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. Outside of these hours, a night/early morning service fee will apply (an additional fee of 5,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).
The total mileage for private charter car is limited to 300 kilometers. If the mileage exceeds this limit, an extra mileage fee of 300 yen per kilometer will be charged.
The private charter car period is 10 hours (including normal travel time). If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 6,000 yen per hour will be charged.
If the departure and arrival points are not located in Nagoya Ward, an additional fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged each time, depending on the distance.
If you require a child seat, please specify when placing your order. The first child safety seat is provided free of charge; the second child seat costs 2000 yen (a child seat occupies 1-1.5 seats).
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the start time of your ride. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
