Service Introduction

Rental period: 10 hours round trip within Fukuoka city, 8 hours for departures or arrivals in other locations.

Departure time & departure location: As required by passengers

Trip distance: The total travel distance must be within 300 kilometers (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking). For trips exceeding 300 kilometers, a charge of JPY 300 per kilometer will be applied.

Service hours: 08:00-20:00

Driver Language: Drivers will be randomly assigned to drivers who speak Chinese, Japanese, or English, with preference given to Chinese-speaking drivers.

Surcharge(s)

1. Overtime charges:
5–7 seats: JPY 5,000 per hour
10 seats: JPY 8,000 per hour
14 seats and above: JPY 10,000 per hour
18 seats and above: JPY 15,000 per hour

2. If accommodation is required outside Fukuoka city, an additional driver accommodation subsidy of JPY 8,000 will apply.
3. For total itinerary exceeding 300 km, a surcharge of JPY 300 per km will be charged.

Reminders

  • Child safety seats are not mandatory. If required, please make a reservation in advance. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. Each child seat occupies space equivalent to 1.5 passengers, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity; please confirm arrangements in advance. Additional child seats will incur a surcharge of JPY 2,000 per seat per day. For more than two child seats, please confirm details with customer service.

  • The charter service includes a total duration of 10 hours. Both pick-up and drop-off must be at hotels or accommodations within Fukuoka city (for different pick-up and drop-off locations, additional empty mileage time may be required for the driver, or extra fees may apply depending on the situation). Service is available between 08:00 and 21:00. It is recommended to plan your departure time properly to make full use of your sightseeing itinerary.

  • Empty vehicle fee: If the trip starts or ends at different locations, a fare difference may apply. If any additional charges are incurred, customer service will confirm with you after the booking is placed.

  • Please be sure to provide your LINE ID, WhatsApp number, or WeChat ID when placing your order. After submitting your details, please enable the “add friends” setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you promptly.

  • After placing the order, you can view the customer service contact details on the platform. Please add them promptly to facilitate communication for itinerary arrangements and vehicle coordination. The supplier will provide the driver’s information one day before departure (or at the latest 3 hours before the service starts). Please note and pay attention accordingly. Kindly wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance for pick-up.

  • For group bookings, if guests are staying outside Fukuoka city, an additional driver accommodation subsidy of JPY 8,000 will be required.

  • In the event of overtime due to traffic congestion, additional charges will apply regardless of whether the cause is natural conditions or traffic control measures.

  • Any additional fees incurred should be paid directly to the driver on-site. Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables; no compensation will be provided for any loss or damage.

  • If, based on professional assessment, the number of passengers and luggage cannot be accommodated, we will coordinate with you to change the vehicle type or cancel the booking. If the actual number of luggage items on-site does not match the quantity provided at the time of booking, and the vehicle cannot accommodate them, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be issued. Please be informed accordingly.

  • During peak seasons, a price difference may apply. If any additional charges arise, customer service will confirm with you after the order is placed.
