① 体調管理について
当日は健康な状態でご参加ください。発熱・倦怠感・体調不良がある場合は、無理をせずご連絡ください。

② 服装・持ち物について
動きやすく、多少の汚れや汗に対応できる服装でご参加ください（パンツスタイル・スニーカー推奨）。
ヘルメット、グローブなど必要な装備は貸し出しますが、ご自身のものを持参いただいても構いません。
季節によっては防寒・防暑対策（帽子、日焼け止め、レインウェアなど）もご準備ください。
タオル、水分補給用の飲料、保険証（またはコピー）をご持参ください。
③ e-bikeについて
e-bikeは電動アシスト付き自転車で、操作は簡単ですが、使用前にガイドから安全講習があります。
安全のため、交通ルールを守り、無理な運転は避けてください。
④ 雨天時の対応
小雨決行ですが、天候状況によってはコースの一部変更・中止になる場合がございます。
中止の場合は、前日または当日朝に主催者からご連絡いたします。
⑤ 保険について
ツアー参加者全員に対し、簡易的な傷害保険に加入しています。
ただし、持ち物の破損・紛失、個人的な怪我などには十分ご注意ください。
⑥ キャンセルポリシー
キャンセルの際は、7日前までにご連絡ください。それ以降はキャンセル料が発生する場合があります。
⑦ その他
写真撮影や動画記録を行う場合があります。SNSや広報等への使用にご協力いただける方はご承諾ください。撮影不可の方は事前にお知らせください。

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
