I made a reservation in advance for the car ferry that runs between Takamatsu Port and Tonosho Port on Shodoshima Island. On the day of boarding, I presented my voucher and vehicle registration certificate at the counter to exchange it for a ticket. The process was smooth. If you have passengers, you will need to make a separate reservation for them. If you are renting a car and are unsure of the appropriate vehicle classification, it seems possible to pay the difference locally. As of November 2025, local counters only accept cash payments, so I think it's a benefit to prepaying through kkday to have the option of paying by credit card or other means.

The unique lighting installations illuminating the historic city were a truly unique experience. I happened to be there on opening night, and it was incredibly lively. Using KKday's priority booking service and QR code for entry was super convenient, avoiding the queues for tickets! 👍🏻

I bought a ticket to see both Himeji Castle and Nijo Castle's projection mapping, and both were beautiful.

Professional driver-guide, safe driving, detailed and polite explanations of the sights, and punctual boarding and departure. Himeji Castle is well worth seeing. The hot spring bath at Arima Onsen has long queues, but a half-hour soak is just right and worth trying.

The park has amusement facilities and a zoo. In addition to walking, visitors can also drive into the zoo or take a bus to feed the animals (similar to Kyushu Nature Zoo). However, it seems that only private vehicles are allowed, as there are no other suitable means of transportation. In addition to the entrance ticket, a parking fee of 1200 yen is also required.
