Purchase Notice
- A minimum of 8 people are required for the group to form a tour, with a maximum of 43 people per group. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you three business days prior to departure to arrange an alternative departure date.
- The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 3 and above are charged the adult price; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Only one free spot is allowed per departure group).
- Cancellation or policy change (for tours of 2 days or more):
- 100% of the payment will be deducted if made within 7 days (inclusive) of the departure date.
- A 50% handling fee will be charged if the trip is made within 10 days (inclusive) prior to departure.
- A 20% handling fee will be charged if the trip is made within 14 days (inclusive) prior to departure.

The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their tips, lunch, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.

Our team calculates the standard for sharing a room based on a double room: 2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children. If the number of people booked is incorrect, the single person supplement must be purchased. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed.

The itinerary, attractions, and lunch times may be adjusted according to traffic conditions on the day.
The trip will proceed as scheduled even in case of rain.
The venue may be closed for maintenance or other reasons depending on the conditions on the day, at the discretion of the organizer. The company will not be held responsible or provide compensation in such circumstances.
Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess their own health condition and abilities before considering participating in any activities included in the tour or offered during the trip. In the event of accidents or bodily injury caused by force majeure or unforeseen factors, the company and related personnel are only obligated to provide full assistance and assume no responsibility for any damage or injury suffered.
Every customer who participates in the one-day tour to South Korea will receive a complimentary bottle of premium Korean deep-sea water.
A fluent Mandarin-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If the meeting time is changed, we will contact you via WhatsApp/WeChat/Line, etc. Please take note!
Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfasts and beverages, guests cannot select them on-site. We apologize that we cannot meet the needs of all customers. For special requests, such as vegetarian options or food allergies, please prepare your own, as we cannot accommodate all requests. This offer does not apply to children not occupying a seat and whose tour fee is waived. Please contact our customer service department for details.
We will be providing each guest with a complimentary breakfast of bread/cake/rice ball. *Please understand that the quantity and variety of breakfast options are limited and cannot be selected.
