Pick up guests from districts within Hanoi’s inner city and depart for Cat Ba.
Travel via the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway (approx. 2 hours 15 minutes), with a 15-minute rest stop along the way.
Upon arrival at Cat Hai Station, guests proceed to the waiting hall to board the cable car to Phu Long Station (6 minutes).
From Phu Long Station, a waiting vehicle will transfer guests to Cat Ba town center (approx. 40 minutes).
Drop-off at hotels in Cat Ba town center or at the nearest point to the hotel.

Cancellation made more than 12 hours before departure: Free of charge.
Cancellation made 6–12 hours before departure: 50% charge.
Cancellation made less than 6 hours before departure, or no-show at the pick-up point/office 15 minutes after departure time: 100% charge.

From April 1 – September 5 (excluding public holidays & Tet):

Cancellation made more than 12 hours before departure: Free of charge.
Cancellation made less than 12 hours before departure: 100% charge.

On Public Holidays & Tet:

Applies to official public holidays in Vietnam such as New Year (Jan 1), Lunar New Year (first 3 days of Lunar New Year), National Holidays (Apr 30 – May 1), National Day (Sep 2), Hung Kings’ Festival, etc.

Cancellation made more than 24 hours before departure: Free of charge.
Cancellation made less than 24 hours before departure: 100% charge.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only applicable in cases of service cancellation by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

CHILD POLICY

Regular Bus: Children under 5 years old sharing a seat with parents: Free of charge. From 4 years old and above, children will be charged as adults.
VIP Limousine (11 seats): Children under 3 years old sharing a seat with parents: Free of charge. From 4 years old and above, children will be charged as adults.

How to Use

Customers must be present at the designated pick-up point 30–60 minutes before departure. At office pick-up points, please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. The bus will not wait for late passengers; customers who are not present on time will be considered no-shows and charged accordingly. Customers must present booking confirmation to staff before boarding.
