- 11:30You're warmly welcomed at Vietstar Cruises Center on Tuan Chau International Port by our experienced staff (Lot 20b). You're guided to complete the check-in procedure at the waiting lounge before boarding for the cruise.
- 12:00Transfer by Tender boat from Tuan Chau Port to board the Lyra Grandeur.
- 12:45Guests are invited to have a welcome drink. The Cruise Manager and crew member welcome you onboard with a short briefing about the cruise and disseminate safety regulations.
- 13:00Lunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant. As the cruise departs towards Lan Ha Bay, absorb yourself in the beautiful scenery with amazing limestone surroundings.
- 15:00Cruise anchors at Frog Lagoon area for outdoor activities. Access to Lyra Grandeur's high-grade entertainment facilities for loads of fun water activities. You can choose to rejoicein Infinity Oasis Pool and Jacuzzi, experience the thrills with Inflatable Water Slide, swim in the green emerald water, or Relax in the Nordic-style sauna.

- 06:00Welcome the energetic new day with Tai-chi Class on the deck and watch the sunrise at Ocean Sky Sundeck.
- 06:15A light breakfast is served at the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant.
- 06:45Visit the Dark & Bright Caves by traditional rowing bamboo boats or kayaking. Cruising to Bright Cave, you will see an angled passageway opening the caveat water level and a serene round lake surrounded by lush trees and precipitous stone cliffs.
- 09:00Return to the Lyra Grandeur after the time of sightseeing. This is the time that you return to the cabin and recheck your personal belongings before checking out.
- 09:30Brunch served at Harmony of the Sea Restaurant after check-out while cruising towards the port.
- 10:30Back to Tuan Chau International Port by tender boat.

Surcharge for holidays
A compulsory charge of VND 1,175,000/adult will be applied for the following days:
+ Christmas Eve (24 December)
+ New Year's Eve (31 December)
+ Vietnamese Lunar Tet Holiday (30, 1, 2, 3 Lunar calendar): A 20% surcharge on the contract rates will be applied.

Children under 5 years old sharing a full price room with adults: Free of charge (limited to 1 child/1 room)
From the 2nd child: charged at 30% of the adult rate (without extra bed)
+ From 5 to 11 years old
1 child in a double/twin room with 2 adults: charged at 50% of the adult rate (without extra bed)
1 child stays in a double/twin room with 2 adults: charged at 75% of the adult rate (with extra bed)
1 child stays in a double/twin room with 1 adult: charged at 85% of the adult rate
2 children stay in a separate double/ twin room are each charged 85% of the adult rate
1 child in a separate single room is charged 75% of a full-price single cabin

Regarding sea kayak or row boat options, for safety reasons, we recommend row boats for guests traveling with children or infants.
The itinerary might be changed without prior notice in case unexpected external factors occur (weather, local authority decision...)
The timing of this itinerary is estimated, and the exact time will be informed before departure time
All activities are included and optional. You can stay on the boat and relax instead of joining outdoor activities.
Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather, high tide levels, and operating conditions. Unused services are not subject to a refund
Wi-Fi connection is available on board but has limited internet connectivity throughout the cruise due to karst limestones and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites
