What You Can Expect
[Unko Bird (Okinawa only)] A friendly creature that lives in the paradise of poop. That's the Unko Bird. It will welcome you with its cry, so just respond with "Unko!"
[Unko Volcano/Unko Waterfall (Okinawa only)] "Unko Volcano" is a giant volcano that stores poop energy from all over the world. A countdown starts periodically, and when it hits zero, a huge amount of poop erupts with great force! The entire venue becomes one. As a special Okinawa-only feature, "Unko Waterfall" flows behind the venue, allowing you to immerse yourself in the world of poop, which is filled with Okinawan nature.
[Unko Language Neon (Okinawa Design)] The word "unko" (poop) is displayed as a neon sign in various languages. This place, where "unko languages" from around the world shine cutely, is a particularly popular photo spot within the UNKO MUSEUM. Motifs symbolizing Okinawa, such as shisa, hibiscus, and whale sharks, also appear, making the UNKO MUSEUM Okinawa's unique design appealing.
[Other-dimensional poop zone (Okinawa only)] This is the entrance to another dimension, where the endless poop space continues forever. Be careful not to get sucked in.

- You can enter the museum at any time that is convenient for you, as long as it is within the museum's opening hours on the day of your reservation.
- There are no restrooms inside the UNKO MUSEUM. Please use the restroom before entering.
- Please ensure that everyone in your party is present when you arrive at the entrance queue.
- Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
- Children under elementary school age (ages 3-6) must be accompanied by a guardian who is a junior high school student or older to enter the premises.
- Depending on the crowd situation, you may have to wait before entering.
- Please note that re-entry is not permitted.
- Ticket usage and age restrictions -
- Tickets are required for children aged 3 and older. Children aged 2 and under can enter for free.
- Children aged 2 and under are allowed entry with a maximum of two children per adult (18 years or older).
- If you are paying the junior high or high school student rate, you may be asked to show your student ID.
- Please be aware that we may ask to verify your age upon entry.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
