Each session, from shooting to printing, takes 45~60 minutes.
You may enter the studio starting 10 minutes before your reservation.
Retouched photo files will be sent via email (same-day delivery).
Photo files sent by email have a limited download period and cannot be accessed after that period expires.
Additional options like extra prints can be paid for on-site; more details will be provided at the studio.
For better background removal and natural results, we recommend coming with a neat hairstyle.
Outfits are not provided, so please prepare your own clothing.
Food and any items that may pose safety risks or damage the facility are not allowed inside.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
