[How to change the date]
- The date can be changed 4 - 6 days in advance of the departure date. The change can only be made once and is limited to the same activity. If there is a price difference after the change, any additional fees will be refunded.
- No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
- Date changes are not accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day.
- If you need to reschedule within 3 days before the departure date, it is recommended that you transfer your quota (please be sure to call customer service to inform the customer service of the changed participant name and contact information to avoid affecting your rights)

The professional ecological interpretation teacher will record the wonderful activities of firefly viewing + day and night ecological observation, bird watching telescope, and ecological observation magnifying glass, leaving precious memories!

Before the activity, the teaching coach will guide the whole process (configured according to the coach ratio of 1:6)

Reminders
A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
To participate in SUP activities in spring, passengers who are afraid of the cold can choose to purchase additional rental winter clothing when booking, and pick it up and change at the meeting point in advance.
Pre-departure notice (gathering time and location, precautions and contact number of the coach on the day) will be sent out 2-3 days before the activity day.
The status of the fireflies on site cannot be controlled by human beings. Please appreciate it and experience the changes and beauty of the seasons together!
This activity will adjust the experience content in a timely manner according to the conditions of each elevator participant and weather factors.
If the activity has already started and the pre-departure instruction has been completed, and the team has already set off, no refunds will be issued for those who are unable to attend or are absent due to late gathering.

Please follow the instructions of the team leader and coach, use team spirit to help teammates and do not leave the team to do activities on their own.

Event-related images include photos and videos, which may be used in the event introduction and promotion of the company and partner platforms. If you do not agree to the use, please notify the company in text via email or official communication method.

If this trip is unable to start due to typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, thunder, etc. due to force majeure of nature, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation, based on actual conditions, in order to consider the safety of the group members.
If you are notified by the company before the departure of the activity that the weather is bad and it is not suitable to continue the activity, you can choose to reserve, postpone or refund.
After arriving at the site on the day of the event, the teacher on site announced that the event was not suitable for the event due to safety concerns. The event will be canceled after deducting the administrative procedure insurance fee of NT$100 per person.
No refunds will be given if the voyage is not completed due to sudden changes in weather, safety concerns or personal factors during the activity.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
