【Service Information】

  • For all charter routes, at least one pick-up or drop-off location must be within Osaka City by default. If you require pick-up or drop-off at a different location, please note it when placing your order. Please be aware that if this causes the total usage time to exceed 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged, or the itinerary duration will be reduced.
  • We recommend 3-5 attractions per day, depending on the time spent at each location. You may modify the recommended routes; please consult with customer service in advance to discuss and finalize your plan.
  • Maximum mileage limit: 300km. Additional fees will be charged if this limit is exceeded.
  • Service hours: 10 hours between 6:00 and 21:00. An early morning/late night service fee will be charged for hours outside this range.
  • Recommended start time for the charter: 8:30.
  • The driver will wait for you for 30 minutes from the designated pick-up time (included in the service time). If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, please contact the driver in advance. If no contact is made, the driver reserves the right to leave, and no refund will be provided.
  • If the guest's late arrival makes it impossible to complete the itinerary, you may discuss shortening the itinerary or extending the service duration with the driver. If you choose the latter, an overtime fee must be paid.
  • Child seats are available for rent; please place an order on the page if needed.

Overtime fee

If the rental time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (less than one hour will be calculated as one hour). Overtime caused by the guest being late or traffic jams is also included.

Excess mileage fee

Maximum mileage: 300km. Additional charges will apply for exceeding this limit. Please consult customer service in advance.

Morning and evening service fees

Service hours: 10 hours between 6:00 and 21:00. An additional service fee of 5,000 yen will be charged for hours exceeding this period.

Reminders

  • Customer service hours are 9:00-21:00 Tokyo time.

  • Bottled water or beverages are allowed inside the vehicle, but eating is prohibited. If the vehicle is soiled, the driver will be responsible for cleaning fees.

  • Pick-up locations or times can be changed up to one day in advance, but cannot be changed within 24 hours.

  • If uncontrollable situations such as weather conditions or traffic accidents occur that are not related to the customer, please contact customer service before 21:00 on the same day. We will do our best to arrange a reschedule or refund.
