●Available from 07:00 to 22:00. (Maximum charter time is limited to 11 hours). When making a reservation, please be sure to fill in the "departure time" and "pick-up location (hotel name, address, Kaohsiung or Tainan Airport)".
Usage information: Pick-up location: Kaohsiung/Tainan city only.
Pick-up locations: In addition to hotels, pick-up is available from restaurants and tourist attractions in Kaohsiung and Tainan city.
What to bring: Please bring water, an umbrella, medicine, sunscreen, cold-resistant clothing, etc. according to your personal needs.
●Seat belt wearing obligation: Wearing seat belts is mandatory for all seats, including the passenger seat and rear seats.
Please note that failure to do so will incur a fine which the passenger is responsible for paying.
● Expressway tolls and parking fees: Included in the price. If you wish to extend your usage time, an extension fee will be charged per hour, so please apply from the options menu.
●In order to insure your vehicle, please provide us with the following information by email: "Name (in Roman letters)," "Passport number," and "Date of birth" for all passengers. (Please send this information by email as it involves personal information.)
●Please don't forget to fill in your contact information (mobile phone number or LINE address).
●We can flexibly accommodate your purpose, whether that be sightseeing in Taipei or business use. Enjoy an itinerary that matches your wishes.
*According to Taiwanese law, the maximum rental time for a chartered vehicle is 11 hours. Please be careful not to exceed this time.
●Although this plan includes a Japanese guide, please note that we cannot provide professional interpretation for business purposes.
●Please note that if you do not require a Japanese guide, this will be considered a waiver of the guide fee and no refund will be given.
●If you are bringing a stroller or suitcase, please write this in the comments section in advance.
●Children under 4 years old or weighing under 18kg must use a baby seat or child seat. The first seat is free, but there is an additional charge of NT$500 per seat for each additional seat. If you would like to use a child seat, please let us know when booking. Please write it in the comments section (please give the guide cash on site).

Reminders
●Fastening seat belts is mandatory for all passengers, including the front passenger seat and the back seats. Please note that passengers who do not wear seat belts will be fined and will be obligated to pay the fine.
* Expressway tolls and parking fees are included in the price. However, each customer must pay for their own meals.
If you are not using the service for sightseeing, an additional 10% fee will be charged (please hand over the fee to your guide in cash on site).
Please note that in principle, we will not refund the tour price or other damages and expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, war, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.
●You can join the tour on the day you arrive in Taiwan.
● Depending on the date of your reservation, we may reply to your reservation confirmation after weekends, Taiwanese holidays, Chinese New Year, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 6 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
