The private charter car can be used for 10 hours. If the time exceeds this, an additional fee of 60 euros per hour will be charged on site. Departure time: The departure time can be fully customized. We usually recommend to avoid peak hours after 9 o'clock.
It can be adjusted according to your needs. Please note that the driver will not accompany passengers into the scenic area.

・Meeting location: Departure Hall 3 after customs clearance
・Free waiting time: Based on the flight arrival time, the driver will wait in the departure hall after customs clearance for up to 90 minutes (calculated from the original landing time. If you are stuck due to personal reasons, please be sure to contact the driver in advance).
・Waiting time calculation: If the free waiting time exceeds 90 minutes, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 50 EUR/hour in cash on site (the actual amount will be determined on site).
【Airport drop-off service】
・Meeting place: In the lobby of the hotel or outside the hotel (depending on the hotel's regulations). Please inform the customer service in advance for other places. ・Meeting time: Please fill in the time you want to board the bus when ordering (it is recommended that passengers reserve 3.5-4 hours to avoid missing the flight due to traffic congestion)
・Waiting time: The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes from the agreed time. ・Waiting timeout calculation: If the waiting time exceeds 20 minutes, the passenger must pay an overtime fee of approximately 50 EUR/hour in cash on site (the actual amount will be determined on site).

The free waiting time for airport pick-up service is 90 minutes after the pick-up flight lands, and 20 minutes at the airport hotel or location.
