If the Company deems it to be detrimental to passenger safety due to reasons such as poor visibility, snow, bad weather, or snow removal, the Snow Wall Valley walk will be shortened or canceled.
If the road is closed due to bad weather and the company determines that it is harmful to the safety of passengers, the trip will be cancelled on the same day and the full amount will be refunded to the guests, but the transportation fee to the meeting point and other expenses will be borne by the guests themselves.
If your trip falls during a long holiday in Japan, tourist spots are expected to be crowded, so your stay may be shortened.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
