Purchase Notice
If you are unable to come due to "personal reasons", you must inform us five days in advance and you can be granted an extension. The extension cannot be extended to consecutive holidays or the Chinese New Year. The extension period is within half a year (six months). After you choose to postpone, you will not be able to get a refund. If there is a price difference for the postponed camp, no refund will be given. If you choose to get a refund, it will be processed according to the regulations announced by the Tourism Bureau.
★ Extension due to force majeure★
If you are unable to enter the campsite due to typhoons, major natural disasters or other "force majeure" from the time the campsite reservation is completed until the day of entry, you can choose to postpone or refund the campsite. The postponement period is within one year. After you choose to postpone, you will not be able to get a refund. If there is a price difference for the postponed camp, no refund will be given. If you choose to refund, you will be refunded in full.
★ Cancellation of order refund policy★
If the cancellation notice arrives before the third day before the campsite reservation date, 100% of the total pre-paid order amount will be refunded.
For cancellation notices arriving between the first and second day before the campsite reservation date, 50% of the total pre-paid order amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation notice arrives on the day of the reservation or if the cancellation notice is not given, the total amount of the pre-paid agreed room rate will not be refunded.

Entry time: after 14:00 in the afternoon; exit time: before 11:00 the next morning. Please enter and exit at the specified time to avoid affecting the rights and interests of other visitors.
Please park your vehicle according to the signs on the site or the instructions of the management staff. Do not enter the camping lawn or park arbitrarily to avoid affecting the traffic flow or causing safety problems.
To maintain peace at night, please lower your volume and refrain from making loud noises between 22:00 and 07:00 the next morning.
Alcoholism, gambling, drug use or other illegal activities are strictly prohibited, and violators will be reported according to law.
Karaoke, as well as the setting off of various firecrackers, fireworks, and sky lanterns, are prohibited in order to maintain peace and prevent forest fires.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
