Cancellation Method

  • If a user cancels 8 days before the trip begins, a full refund will be issued after deducting a 30 RMB handling fee.
  • If a user cancels 3-7 days before the trip begins, a refund will be issued after deducting 30% of the order fee.
  • No refund can be requested if the user cancels 2 days before the trip starts.
  • No refunds will be given to users who are late or absent from the group.

How to change the date

  • Dates can be changed 4 to 6 days in advance. However, only one change is allowed, and it can only be made for the same activity.
  • If the price difference arises after the changes, the overpayment will be refunded and the underpayment will be collected.
