How to change the date
If you are unable to drive there by yourself, the transfer fee is NT$600 per person (connected from Nangang MRT Station and returned after the event)
The minimum group size is 5 people. If you have 8-10 people, we can arrange a private tour for you. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled, and you will receive a cancellation email notification 7 days before departure.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the deadline. To avoid delaying other passengers, latecomers will not be waited for.
Please read carefully the relevant itinerary and the regulations of the event you are participating in, and then decide to register after fully understanding and agreeing.
Pre-departure notice (gathering time and location, precautions and contact number of the coach on the day) will be sent out 2-3 days before the activity day.
The organizer takes the safety and happiness of the event as its primary goal, and may adjust the order of the event content depending on the weather and on-site conditions.
Please follow the instructions of the team leader and coach, use team spirit to assist teammates, and do not leave the team to act on your own.
Do not leave garbage on the ground, and please work together to keep the on-site environment clean and tidy.
Event-related images include photos and videos, which may be used in the event introduction and promotion of the company and partner platforms. If you do not agree to the use, please notify the company in text by mail or official communication method.
If this itinerary is unable to be carried out due to force majeure factors such as typhoon, heavy rain, strong wind, thunder, etc., in order to consider the safety of the group members, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation, depending on the actual situation.
If the company is notified by the company before the departure of the event due to bad weather conditions, the event may be postponed or refunded.
