As Din Tai Fung is a famous restaurant in Taipei, please expect crowds. When using this voucher for entry, you will need to wait for the local staff to guide you. Thank you for your understanding.
※The number of people in your reservation must match the actual number of people using the voucher.
Please note that if there are people in your party who have not purchased a meal voucher, they will not be able to be seated with you according to the restaurant's policy (this does not apply to children aged 0-11).

【On the day of your visit】

Please print your voucher in advance and bring it to Din Tai Fung. (A printed paper voucher is required; mobile or device screen displays are not accepted.)
Upon arrival at the store, please hand your voucher to the reception staff.
You will be given a queue number and guided to an available seat in order.
The store's electronic display board does not show queue numbers; staff will call them out verbally, so please wait within earshot.
※We do not currently accept reservations for empty seats.
※Please note that the number on your voucher is different from the store's queue number.

※The restaurant is particularly crowded on Taiwanese public holidays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, the Winter Solstice, and other special days.
※New Year's Eve/New Year's Day: Based on 2018/2019 data, the average wait time is around 80-90 minutes.
