We offer authentic Edomae-style sushi made with carefully selected ingredients and vinegared rice at an affordable price so that many people can enjoy it. We serve high-quality fish delivered directly from all over the country, prepared in-house. Our vinegared rice combines the best of Edomae red vinegar and Kansai-style rice vinegar. The soy sauce that enhances the flavor is also handmade in the restaurant. The spacious counter seats have a fantastic atmosphere! Perfect for dates, girls' nights out, and various banquets◎ We are also open for daytime drinking on weekends and holidays◎
We use fresh fish delivered directly from the source with procurement routes all over the country, and the rice is made with sushi rice from the Hachidaime Gihei, a unique blend of red vinegar and rice vinegar. We offer authentic Edomae nigiri sushi, including bluefin tuna made using a unique aging technique, at bar prices so that you can enjoy it to your heart's content!
With reasonable prices, starting from 109 yen per piece for sushi, 219 yen for our specialty aged bluefin tuna, and 399 yen for draft beer, our restaurant has a wooden atmosphere that attracts people of all ages, including individuals, couples, people on their way home from work, and families. Enjoy freshly made sushi with the impressive red Mount Fuji as a backdrop, created by famous artist Morio Nakajima.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, we will charge you the following fees (the actual fee will be determined by the information on the certificate after booking): Cancellations and changes to the number of people must be made by 10pm the day before. If you cancel without notice, you will not be able to use our restaurant (including our affiliated restaurants) in the future.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
