Starting with 'Kanjuku Pork' from Itoman City and 'Agu Pork' from Nago City, we serve dishes that highlight the quality of the ingredients, such as sukiyaki made with local Motobu Beef! ◆ A la carte dishes focused on quality ingredients Alongside our meat dishes, a must-try is our 'Horse Sashimi,' one of our two signature items, delivered fresh directly from Kumamoto◎ Be sure to also try our seafood dishes, available as sashimi or charcoal-grilled. We offer exquisite dishes that pair perfectly with sake.
We offer carefully selected Wagyu beef dishes, befitting the name of a meat restaurant. We offer charcoal-grilled steaks, meat sushi, rare cutlets, Nikukyu rice bowls topped with sea urchin and salmon roe, and more. Our most recommended dish is of course the "Sukiyaki." Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
