We use fresh vegetables sourced from partner farms across the country, as well as high-quality meat and fish, to provide dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Aen's specialty, Sakurayama Pork, is one of our most popular dishes, characterized by its sweet fat and tender meat. Enjoy it steamed or grilled. Dinner courses start at 3,960 yen including tax. All-you-can-drink options are available. We also offer seasonal courses and exquisite dishes using seasonal vegetables, so please enjoy the deliciousness of seasonal vegetables.
Enjoy our specialty sake along with Japanese cuisine made with plenty of fresh vegetables sourced from partner farms across the country. We have a full lineup of sake, including "Kunshu," which has a strong fruity and floral aroma and a light, refreshing taste, and "Soushu," which has a fresh, refreshing aroma and a smooth, juicy taste. The path of Japanese cuisine is deep and there are new discoveries every day, so I couldn't stop and that's how I got to where I am today. I want my customers to enjoy the variety of dishes made with carefully selected ingredients and recipes to their heart's content. I also try to greet and see customers off with a polite attitude. I am creating a restaurant that makes customers glad they came to visit.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
