Your booking includes a same-day round-trip shuttle between Seoul and Vivaldi Park. After booking, WonderTrip will send a short preference form covering:

The FLEX plan includes round-trip transport and activity consultation only. It does not include activity tickets, equipment, ski clothing or lessons.
Additional activities must be booked and paid for separately. Availability and prices may vary depending on the date and on-site resort conditions.
The outbound and return shuttles must be used on the same day; departure and return dates cannot be changed separately. Submitting the preference form does not confirm any activity booking. If the form is not completed by the stated deadline, activity recommendations may not be provided in advance.

- This is a self-guided tour, not a full-time guided tour. A WonderTrip service counter is available on-site; please ask staff for assistance if needed.
- All participants with an activity package must exchange their tickets at the WonderTrip Service Center within Vivaldi Park.
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The shuttle bus does not wait for latecomers.
- No refunds will be given for latecomers or no-shows.
- All packages feature round-trip transfers on the same day; departure and return dates cannot be changed.
- If the activity is cancelled due to extreme weather or resort closure, affected participants will be notified and refunds will be processed according to the applicable refund policy.
- Ski World and Snowyland opening dates are subject to weather and resort operations.
- Snowyland Opening Dates: A soft opening is usually held between December 10th and 15th with only some areas open. The final opening date will be adjusted based on actual weather conditions.
- Longer queues and travel delays are expected during Korean national holidays, year-end holidays, and Lunar New Year.
- Group lessons are only available in skiing (no snowboarding). Inquire about private snowboard/ski lessons if needed.
- A reminder email will be sent before 5:00 PM the day before departure.
- Each group will receive a Vivaldi Park paper brochure containing a resort map, equipment pickup information, and practical itinerary details.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Infants aged 0-24 months participate for free (no individual seat provided; one infant per order). Children 24 months and older will be charged the adult price.
Ski equipment sizes range from 165mm to 325mm*; ski boot sizes range from 200mm to 300mm. (Korean sizing) To expedite and smooth ski equipment rental, please confirm your Korean shoe size in advance.
Please confirm your Korean shoe size before departure. If your shoe size exceeds the available size range, suitable equipment cannot be guaranteed. Appropriate ski equipment and a valid ski pass/ticket are required to enter the ski slopes.
Pregnant women, elderly travellers with mobility issues, or those with serious health conditions are not recommended to participate in skiing or snowboarding activities. Please assess your own health and physical condition for this experience.

Please note that there are no restrooms on the bus and outside food is not allowed on board.
