An additional fee of 600 yen is required to enter the Nanzenji Hojo Garden, 600 yen to visit the Sanmon Gate, and 400 yen to visit Nanzen-in Temple.
Please wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking a lot. Also, since it gets cold in the mornings and evenings in Kyoto in April, we recommend that you bring a jacket.
The best time to see the cherry blossoms may vary depending on the weather. In principle, the tour will be held even if you are unable to enjoy the cherry blossoms at each tourist spot after the departure is confirmed. *There may be cases where the tour contents are changed or the tour is canceled. In such cases, we will contact you in advance.
Kyoto is expected to be very crowded during the tourist season, and depending on the congestion situation, sightseeing may take priority and some parts of the itinerary may be omitted or the time spent at tourist spots may be shortened. In addition, the scheduled return time may be significantly delayed.
Drinks are not included in the lunch box. Please prepare your drinks in advance.
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal content, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.
The travel fee for infants (ages 3-6/preschoolers) is 5,000 yen, and the fee includes only the bus seat and does not include a lunch box.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
