- Children under 5 years old enter for free; no ticket is required. A processing fee will be charged for refunds requested due to mistaken purchase.
- For a limited period, a Shinkansen line will operate between GALA-Yuzawa Station and the station.

How to Use
Summer Plan
- Please present your e-ticket at the COWABUNGA ticket counter on the 3rd floor to exchange for an admission ticket, and then proceed to the 2nd floor to take the gondola.
- Upon arrival, please proceed to the activity service desk inside CHEERS.
Winter Plan
- Upon arrival at GALA, please proceed to the self-service ticket machine in front of the ticket counter and scan the QR code recorded on the voucher you received when booking to collect your cable car ticket.
- If the QR code cannot be scanned successfully, you can enter the reservation code to redeem it. If you are still unable to do so, please seek assistance from nearby staff.
- If you have booked both cable car tickets and rental services, the ticket machine will print two tickets in sequence: a cable car ticket and a rental voucher. Please bring the rental voucher to the rental counter to collect your rental items.
*The voucher on the first page (instructions page) alone is insufficient for redemption (it cannot be redeemed at the counter either). Please bring the voucher with the QR code from the second page onwards to redeem your voucher on-site.
