Boarding location: Passengers shall board and alight at the locations designated by themselves.
Trip length: Travelers can choose to purchase a 4-11 hour private charter car.
Drop-off location: Passengers can choose their own drop-off and pick-up locations.
We primarily use basic English and translation devices to communicate. With years of experience serving foreign travelers and no problems with private charter car, we are a highly skilled and professional driver.
A five-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of 4 passengers, and a nine-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of 8 passengers*7 is recommended.
For each hour of overtime charter, the private charter car is NT$400 for a 5-seater vehicle and NT$600 for a 9-seater vehicle.
For departure or return trips outside Taipei city limits, an additional fee of NT$300 - NT$1300 will be charged, depending on the route.

After purchase, we will use messaging software (LINE WhatsApp) to confirm the itinerary and driver information with you one day before departure.
The service staff will contact you one day before departure. Please make sure that the network function is smooth and pay attention to the mobile communication software messages.
On the day of the tour, you will meet the driver at the pick-up location at the agreed time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
