This is a group tour, and seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note any special requests you may have, and we will do our best to arrange them, but the final arrangements will be subject to the actual situation on-site.
Vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of people; specific vehicle type cannot be specified. The driver will also act as the tour leader upon departure; no explanations will be provided at the attractions visited, and the explanations will be brief. Please be aware of this.
If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited on the bus; any damage will be charged according to local standards.
No refunds will be given for late arrivals, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. Any unforeseen circumstances or additional costs incurred after leaving the group will be your sole responsibility.
If cable cars, boats, snowmobiles, or other facilities are suspended for maintenance due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of the stay will be adjusted.
If you are unable to join the tour or the scenery is not good due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather, our company will not be responsible and will not be able to provide a refund or reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

If the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled part of the trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, any additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs will be borne by the traveler.
