Vehicles used: Dispatch according to the number of people. When there are a small number of people in the group, the driver will be the sole service provider throughout the tour, and no additional tour leader will be sent

A small car might be dispatched on the day, so please avoid bringing large luggage. If you must do so, please be sure to indicate the size and number of luggage in the "Requests & Remarks" column

Infants under 3 years old are not included in meals, cruise ships, cable cars, and other items that require separate payment. One adult can bring one child under 3 years old on the cable car for free. Children aged 3-5 will be provided with a children's meal, and children aged 6 and older will have the same meals as adults. (If you wish to change to a children's meal, please inform us 2 days before departure; changes cannot be accommodated on the day of the tour. Thank you for your understanding.)

Delays in the return journey are possible due to unpredictable factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and other force majeure events affecting road traffic. When booking, please carefully consider your travel arrangements before and after the tour. Significant delays in the bus arrival time at the destination may occur due to accidents, traffic congestion, or weather conditions. We regret that we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from delays to your own connecting transportation or other arrangements.

The scheduled travel route may be adjusted due to traffic conditions on the day, local activities, restaurant reservations, changes in the business hours of attractions and facilities, etc. Please forgive us.

This itinerary includes long periods of travel. Participants with significant health concerns (e.g., pregnant individuals) should evaluate their fitness before booking. Please be aware that you assume responsibility for any risks associated with sudden health issues during the tour where immediate medical assistance may not be readily available.

If the tour is unable to take place due to weather conditions or insufficient number of people, the tour fee will be fully refunded. Travel expenses, transportation, accommodation facilities, etc. that the passengers should have incurred will not be compensated. If the passenger fails to show up on the day, leaves the group midway, or voluntarily abandons the tour due to personal factors, no refund or compensation will be required.

If the bus is delayed due to breakdown or traffic jam and has to change or cancel the itinerary or activities, passengers are not allowed to object or withdraw with any excuse. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to factors such as bad weather, strikes or unexpected accidents, passengers No excuses may be made to demand compensation or refund of tour fees.

If the trip is canceled or suspended before departure due to special circumstances, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, war coups, strikes, riots, government orders, etc. that cannot be attributed to the travel agency, the full amount will be refunded. The tour fee will be refunded after departure, deducting the cost incurred. In this case, group members are not allowed to object and demand compensation for any reason. Passengers are responsible for any losses or additional expenses caused by the incident.

If you leave the tour midway, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of the remaining activities, and no refund will be issued.

If the Ine Cruise is suspended due to bad weather or other reasons, the group fee for the Ine Cruise will be refunded and the tour will be conducted around the area.

The Amanohashidate Incline Cable Car/Chairlift may be temporarily closed due to weather or equipment maintenance, etc. We will choose one to ride based on the operation conditions of the day. Please be informed. However, if both are closed, the Amanohashidate Cable Car/Chairlift group fare will be refunded and the group fee will be changed to nearby leisure activities.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for this tour. It is recommended to bring your own gloves when feeding the eagles and seagulls. If you notice eagles appearing while you are feeding seagulls on the sightseeing boat, please stop feeding them and securely store the animal feed in your hands. When feeding, please try to keep your hands away from your face to avoid being pecked by the eagles

Each participant is guaranteed one seat on the bus. Unfortunately, advance seat selection is not possible. Please note that depending on the number of bookings on the day, seating arrangements on the bus and at restaurants during the tour may involve sharing a table or sitting alongside other travelers. In order to consider the travel safety of travelers and the travel rights of other group members, if you have chronic diseases, mobility difficulties, etc., please take the initiative to inform us when registering.

The planned travel itinerary may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic and weather conditions. The duration of stops at attractions may change, and some attractions may be canceled. Please keep in mind that the arrival time for the return trip may also be significantly delayed

Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by family members or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Package not including meals: The choices of restaurants and stores are scarce in the Amanohashidate area. It is advised to bring some light snacks with you to avoid spending too much time looking for a place to eat

If you order the package not including meals but wish to upgrade to include lunch on the day of the tour, the store's on-site prices shall be final

Please specify any vegetarian dietary requirements in the remarks column when booking to facilitate arrangements. We regret that vegetarian meals cannot be provided on-site for those who do not inform us in advance.

The menu is subject to change depending on the availability of ingredients at the restaurant on the day. If the originally planned restaurant is temporarily closed or fully booked, an alternative dining venue of similar value will be arranged. Our company reserves the right to make flexible adjustments to the meal arrangements. To ensure the smooth flow of the tour, the order of attractions visited may also be modified.

Please note that this tour is mainly conducted in Chinese. Our guide understands basic Japanese, but the tour commentary will be in Chinese. For other languages, the guide will do their best to help with basic communication using translation tools.

This tour does not allow participants to join midway.

All times in the itinerary are approximate and may be adjusted based on the actual conditions of the day.

From January 20 to 23, 2026, due to the Amanohashidate Light-Up event, the original Ine sightseeing boat tour will be replaced with a walking tour of Ine Town, and the boat ride will be on Amanohashidate instead.
