Private Car Service Details:
- Pickup Location: Travelers can specify their own pickup point.
- Trip Duration: Travelers can choose to book 6–11 hours for the private car.
- Drop-off Location: Travelers can specify their own drop-off point.
- Language: Basic English and translation apps are mainly used. The drivers are experienced professionals with years of service for foreign travelers, ensuring smooth private car service.
Vehicle Capacity:
- 5-seater car: Maximum 4 passengers
- 9-seater car: Maximum 8 passengers (7 passengers recommended)
Overtime Fees:
- 5-seater car: NT$ 400 per hour
- 9-seater car: NT$ 600 per hour
Additional Fees for Non-Taipei City Pickup/Drop-off (depending on route):
- Beitou / Banqiao / Luzhou / Xizhi / Xindian / Xinzhuang / Zhonghe: NT$ 300
- Wulai / Tamsui / Taoyuan Airport: 5-seater NT$ 1,100, 9-seater NT$ 1,300
Daily Maximum Mileage: 130 km

how to use
After purchase, your itinerary and driver details will be confirmed with you via messaging apps (LINE, WhatsApp) one day before departure.
The service staff will contact you one day before departure. Please make sure that the network function is smooth and pay attention to the mobile communication software messages.
On the day of the tour, you will meet the driver at the pick-up location at the agreed time.
Communication will primarily be in basic English and with the help of a translation device. With years of experience serving international travelers, the private charter service poses no problem and features professional, experienced drivers.
5-Seater Vehicle: Maximum capacity of 4 passengers. 9-Seater Vehicle: Maximum capacity of 8 passengers (recommended for 7).
Private Car Overtime Fee: For overtime, a 5-seater car is charged NT$ 400 per hour and a 9-seater car is charged NT$ 600 per hour.
For pickup or drop-off locations outside Taipei City, an additional fee of NT$ 300–NT$ 1,300 will be applied depending on the route.
Surcharge for Pick-up or Drop-off in the following areas: NT$ 300 (Beitou, Banqiao, Luzhou, Xizhi, Xindian, Xinzhuang, and Zhonghe)
For pickup or drop-off at Wulai, Tamsui, or Taoyuan Airport, the additional fee is NT$ 1,100 for a 5-seater car and NT$ 1,300 for a 9-seater car.
Daily Maximum Mileage: 130 km
Extra Mileage Fee: NT$ 300 for every additional 10 km beyond the daily limit.
Service Area Limit: Greater Taipei area, including Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung, and Taoyuan.
Excludes: Yilan and Hsinchu.

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
