- All room types include: public refrigerator, water dispenser, electric fan, hair dryer, and baby bathtub (please request the baby bathtub at the front desk).
- In support of environmental protection, we encourage guests to bring their own toiletries. Rooms are equipped only with pump-style body wash, shampoo, and a hair dryer. If you require disposable amenities, please contact the front desk.

- Campsite Rules -
- Occupancy count: Adults (12 years and older) & Children (3 years to under 12 years) / Not counted: Toddlers (under 3 years old).
- For the Cowboy Tent room type, you may choose to add one person or one bed. The maximum occupancy is five people.
- If you have special dietary requirements, please note them when booking your campsite; adjustments cannot be made on the day of arrival.
- Each room is limited to one car entering Cowboy Star Village. If needed, please note your license plate number when booking.
- Village Rules -
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside campers & tents. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of $3,000 per unit.
- Non-guests are strictly prohibited from entering the village. All visitors are declined. (If a visitor enters, a cleaning fee of $1,000 per person will be charged, and they must leave the park immediately.)
- As this is an eco-friendly campsite, we do not proactively provide toiletries. Please inquire at the front desk if needed.
- Any damage to the park's electric vehicles caused by human behavior must be compensated in full at the original price.
- Please do not use your own high-power electrical appliances (induction cookers, electric heaters, etc.) inside campers & tents.
- If you vomit inside the tent or camper, a basic cleaning fee of $3,000 will be charged. (If other items are soiled, such as bed sheets, quilt covers, etc., additional cleaning fees will be charged.)
★ Special Cancellation Policy (Due to Force Majeure Weather Conditions)
- Guests may choose to postpone (limited to 1 time, within 3 months) or receive a full refund of the deposit (a $150 administrative processing fee will be deducted).
- If the campsite location or the guest's departure location is affected by a typhoon, cancellations made before the land typhoon warning is issued will be handled according to the campsite's booking cancellation policy. After the land typhoon warning is issued, if you need to change or cancel your booking, please call us to notify us so as not to affect your camping rights.

- What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at 15:00.
Check out at 11:00 the next day. - What are the definitions of weekdays, public holidays, and special holidays?
Weekdays: Sunday to Friday. Holidays: Saturdays & public holidays (make-up workdays are considered holidays).
Special holiday: Spring Festival - Do the campervans and tents have bathroom facilities? Do I need to go outside to shower?
Each campsite has its own bathroom, so there's no need to go outside to shower. - Is there free parking?
Each campsite is limited to one vehicle parked in the exclusive free parking lot at Cowboy Star Village. - How do I drive into the park?
On the day of the camping trip, enter from the guardhouse of Puxin Ranch and say you are checking into Cowboy Star Village. The guard will check your vehicle number and number of people and ask you to sign in before you can drive directly into the exclusive parking lot of Cowboy Star Village.
- Are pets allowed in the room?
It is currently in the planning stage and pets are not yet allowed to stay. - Do you offer vegetarian meals?
If you require vegetarian food, please specify this when placing your order. Meal changes are not available on the day of the camping trip. - Will there be a TV and Wi-Fi in the room?
Cowboy Star Village promotes a natural lifestyle, so there is no television or Wi-Fi.

Cancellations for consecutive holidays are subject to an additional 5% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 14 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 55% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 65% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 85% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
