Hiroshima Baseball Walking Tour Short Course (90 Minutes):

First, we will visit the "Pitcher Kuroda Hiroki Memorial Plate" in the Hondori Shopping Arcade. How do you think the shopping arcade is related with Mr. Kuroda? Our next destination is "Tomomoto Shrine" near Hiroshima Station. How are shrines related to baseball?

The last spot is "Atago Shrine", which is about 10-minute walk from Mazda Stadium. The god of firefighting is enshrined here. Speaking of firefighting, he is a relief pitcher. If you pray here that the match will end without incident, your wish may come true.

Hiroshima Baseball Walking Tour Casual Course (150 Minutes):

We will visit the "Pitcher Kuroda Hiroki Memorial Plate" in the Hondori Shopping Arcade first. How do you think the shopping arcade is related with Mr. Kuroda?

After that, we will head to “Katsugoi no Mori”, which is located on the site of the former municipal baseball stadium. You can see the memorial plaques for the Hiroshima Toyo Carp's central league and Nippon championships, as well as the monument for Mr. Sachio Kinugasa here.
