When time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather cause the cancellation of part of the itinerary, please contact customer service and we will handle a partial refund for you.
In case of bad weather conditions such as typhoon, heavy rain, blizzard, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (before 21:00 local time), and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.
The itinerary can be adjusted according to the situation or time of the day. If it is convenient, you can discuss or modify the attractions with the driver.
To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and the rights of other passengers, please do not bring pets on board.
Please provide the height and weight of children under 4 years old. One child safety seat will be provided free of charge. Subsequent seats will be charged NT$300 each on-site.
Private charter car for 8 hours a day incurs an additional charge of NT$500 for overtime. If the private charter car service is outside the 8:00-22:00 time range, an additional charge of NT$500 per trip will be applied, payable to the driver on-site.
Pick-up and drop-off points are mainly hotels, guesthouses, night markets, and Taitung Railway Station in Taitung City (additional charges apply for pick-up and drop-off outside the city area).
Please keep your mobile phone accessible on the day of departure to avoid travel delays due to incorrect phone numbers or inability to reach you.
No pets allowed (service dogs are permitted, but must be noted in the order notes).
The price increase for the Lunar New Year is NT$1,500 per vehicle per day.

- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
