This tour is confirmed to run on all scheduled dates. It is guaranteed to run for even one person.
You will not be able to get off at the hotel where you boarded. (Please check the tour ending location.)

*Lunch will be on your own at the zoo (we are scheduled to arrive around 2:00 PM). Please note that this will be a late lunch.
*If any section of the expressway is closed before the outbound or return trip, the route will be via a national highway or road, and the rest stop may be at a roadside station(Michi-no-eki) or other location.
*The schedule is subject to change due to public transportation, road conditions, and other factors, and there may be delays in arriving at the destination. In the unlikely event of a delay that requires you to take a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be responsible for any associated costs.
*Please note that the tour may be shortened or cancelled due to weather conditions or congestion. Also, the itinerary of the stop may vary depending on the car number.
Flowering conditions may vary depending on the weather conditions of the year. Also, the type and number of flowers may change depending on the year.
*Infants under 2 years old are free. No seats will be provided. Children of infant age will be charged a child fare if they require a seat.
*If you are participating during your trip to Hokkaido/Sapporo, please refrain from participating on the last day of your trip.

*If you are late for the departure time, the bus will depart without waiting. Please note that no refund will be given in that case.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
