You must be over 10 years old to participate in the diving experience.
Those who participate in the experience diving activity must arrive at the meeting point ten minutes in advance. If the activity is later than the start time, the order will be canceled and no refund will be given.
The activity time will vary from person to person, but it is about 1.5 to 2 hours.
If passengers do not meet health standards on the day of the activity, they will not be able to experience it and no refund will be given.
Please do not consume alcoholic beverages within eight hours before the event.
Please bring your own swimsuit and change of clothes. People with short-sightedness can bring contact lenses (prescription masks/half-face masks are also provided).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
