A: One per person. Carry-on size suitcases are allowed.

A: Yes, it is. However, please be aware that there may be places on the itinerary where it is difficult to navigate with a stroller.
Q: Is it possible to leave the tour midway?
A: Please inform us at the time of booking or notify the guide on the day of the tour. You will be charged the full tour fee even if you leave the tour midway, and we cannot provide any guarantees after you leave.

・This area is home to diverse flora and fauna. Please be aware of bears, bees, and crows in particular.
・You may touch the sculptures, but please refrain from dangerous activities such as climbing on them or eating and drinking on the works.
・The white marble spread in the 'Water Plaza' within Arte Piazza Bibai is part of the artwork. The marble pebbles are fragile, so please do not move or throw them. Also, children who are not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers.
・Please refrain from using fire. The entire site is a non-smoking area.
【Asahikawa Ramen Village】

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
