- Each traveler may only redeem one SIM card with their ID, and the applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- Once collected, the card can be activated after you pass through customs upon arrival in Taiwan. The card's validity depends on the purchased plan.
- After activation, the card must be used within the specified period. Days cannot be extended, and the card cannot be reused (only call credit can be topped up).
- No refunds will be provided if you are unable to collect the card due to failure to meet the above requirements.

Purchase Notice

Please check the items upon receipt. We are not responsible for any items received after you leave the counter.
The card can be used to top up call credit at 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores throughout Taiwan during its validity period (minimum top-up amount is TWD 300). Unused top-up credit is non-refundable within the validity period.
Communication quality will be affected by different usage environments, and network speed will be affected by factors such as terrain, climate, building obstruction, and the number of users.

How to Use
- Please insert your SIM card and then turn on your phone.
- If the APN is not automatically loaded after inserting the SIM card, please set it manually:
iPhone: Settings - Mobile Services - Mobile Data Options - Enter APN
Android: Settings - General or more (Connections) - Mobile network - New Access Point Name (APN) - Enter the APN
APN: Internet. Leave the rest of the fields blank.
How to Use Your Voucher
- The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please exchange it for physical tickets at the designated location
Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
