To reach the Museum of World Religions, you can take the MRT Zhonghe-Xinlu Line to Dingxi Station. After exiting from Exit 1, you can transfer to bus routes 57, 214, 241, 243, 262, 304, 311, 624, 706, or 1505 and alight at the 'Biyang Plaza' stop. Alternatively, it's about a 15-20 minute walk from Dingxi Station to Biyang Plaza, where the museum is located.
Biyang Plaza offers a complimentary shuttle bus service for visitors, connecting MRT Dingxi Station, Yong'an Market Station, and Jing'an Station. We recommend checking the official Biyang Plaza website or on-site information for the latest shuttle bus schedules, stops, and operating hours to help you plan your visit to the Museum of World Religions.
The 'Learning Exploration Pack' primarily uses role-playing and scenario-based interactions, allowing children to step into specific roles within unique settings and complete tasks to simulate abilities and behaviors. Coupled with self-guided play exploration kits, it guides children through the museum's permanent exhibition spaces, deepening their knowledge of artifacts through play and providing inspiration for life education.
For the Museum of World Religions' 'Learning Exploration Pack' activity, we recommend allocating about 1.5 to 2 hours for the experience. This allows children to fully immerse themselves in role-playing, explore the permanent exhibition areas, and have ample time to complete learning tasks, enjoying a complete interactive learning experience and in-depth exploration.
Through scenario-based interactive games, the 'Learning Exploration Pack' allows children to naturally encounter symbols and stories from various religions as they role-play. This process helps them understand the cultural backgrounds and core values of different faiths. This immersive experience fosters an open mindset in children, teaching them to respect and embrace different perspectives on life.
The Museum of World Religions' 'Learning Exploration Pack' is designed as a set of self-guided exploration kits, encouraging children and parents to collaborate and complete the exploration and learning together. While there isn't a staff member for full-time guidance, museum staff are available to provide necessary assistance and direction to ensure a smooth activity for you and your child.
The permanent exhibition areas at the Museum of World Religions are rich and diverse. In addition to the exploration spaces related to the 'Learning Exploration Pack,' there is the 'World Religions Exhibition Hall,' which introduces the history and characteristics of major global religions, and the 'Journey of Life Hall,' which uses multimedia to present the meaning of different stages of life. These exhibitions offer rich knowledge and spiritual experiences for visitors of all ages.
The Museum of World Religions is committed to providing a family-friendly visitor environment. The museum features comfortable family restrooms, nursing rooms, and comprehensive accessibility facilities, convenient for families with strollers. Additionally, there are rest areas and a cafe within the museum, allowing families to relax comfortably during their visit.
